Fitness Assessments

The fitness assessments will be conducted on two separate days. 


Parking costs will be reimbursed at study-related appointments.

AMBER exercise testers will provide you with a copy of your results and help you interpret and understand your results during each year of fitness testing.

Day 1

Day 2

The following health-related fitness assessments will be performed on the first day:

• Cardio-Respiratory Fitness (Resting Heart Rate and Blood Pressure)
• Anthropometric Measures (Height, Weight, Waist and Hip Circumference, DXA Scan)
  
• Musculoskeletal Fitness Measures (Grip Strength, Sit and Reach, Curl Ups)
• Aerobic Fitness Test (Treadmill Test)
• Questionnaires & Accelerometers

The following health-related fitness assessments will be performed on the second day:

• Peripheral Neuropathy and Lymphedema Assessments
  
• Muscular Strength and Endurance Assessments

Questionnaires and accelerometers will be handed in. Results will be reviewed with participants at the second testing day.
