Alberta Moving Beyond Breast Cancer (AMBER) Study

This research study is examining how a woman's usual lifestyle, including physical activity, might affect a number of other factors (behavioral, biological, medical, functional, and psychosocial) after breast cancer diagnosis. By better understanding these factors, we hope to improve breast cancer recovery and survival.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS ARE SAYING:

“I like the fact that this study gave me a multi-system baseline as a reference point in the longitudinal context.  I find that, by participating in research, I always learn so much. The AMBER study in particular, offers valuable information and insight about physical wellbeing and its overall value to treatment outcomes.”
